What Should I Expect?
For some, church can be an intimidating experience. So, before you walk through our doors we want you to know that you are welcome here.

We Love our Guests
Expect to be warmly greeted and count on finding ready assistance while you're here.

What to Wear
Wear what you feel comfortable wearing, but you will notice that most of our people wear casual or dress casual clothing.

Giving Money
As our guest, we don't expect you to give anything to us. It's a pleasure to have you in our building, so don't feel any pressure to do anything except enjoy your experience here at Manchaca Baptist Church.

The Welcome Center
Our Welcome Center is the first thing you will see if you enter on the west side of the building (where most of the parking is.) We invite you to stop by and ask our Welcome Team any questions you might have. They can inform you about our different Bible Study classes and personally take you to the one you want to attend.

Children
Our Preschool wing and Children's classes are located just to the left of our Welcome Center.

OUR SERVICES
Yeah, we know many of you have had boring experiences at church. So have we. We hope that won't be the case when you join us.

Three Worship Services
We have three worship services on Sunday morning, one at 8:30 a.m. and two at 10:45 a.m.

What's the difference between the three services?
Our Traditional Service meets at 8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary. This smaller service is a trip back to the church you grew up in, featuring piano and hymns from the hymnal.

Our Blended Service meets at 10:45 a.m. in the sanctuary. This is our largest service and features a mix of both older and newer music. This service has a choir, praise team, and a full band.

Our new Contemporary Service also meets at 10:45 a.m. in the youth room, which is upstairs at the far end of the gym. Our greeters and signs can help you easily find the location. The music is current, louder, and led by a band. The service is more open and free-flowing, and the sermon is on one-week tape delay.

Children's Church is available every Sunday during the 10:45 services. After the music portion of the service is complete, children grades 1-4 are dismissed for a time good worship, awesome fun, and great Bible lessons.

Besides the worship service, what else is there on a Sunday morning?
We also have Sunday morning Bible Studies which take place at 9:30 a.m. We invite you to choose the class that best fits you. You can find a list of our classes by clicking here.
