Family Picnic

Zilker Park

Saturday, July 18 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

 

An area of picnic tables is reserved for us at the Pecan Grove Picnic Area.  Enter Zilker Park off Barton Springs Road, take the first left into the parking lot and the picnic table are between the parking lot and Barton Creek.

yOU mAY WANT TO BRING CANOPIES, UMBRELLAS, LAWN CHAIRS, ETC. BRING WHATEVER FOOD AND DRINKS YOUR FAMILY WILL ENJOY AND WE'LL ALL JOIN TOGETHER FOR LUNCH AT NOON.  The church will furnish lemonade.

          cOST FOR SWIMMING IS CHILDREN UNDER 11, $1; aGES 12-17, $2; AND aDULTS 18 AND uP, $3.

          rIDING THE TRAIN, THE zEPHYR, COST $2 FOR CHILDREN AND $3 FOR ADULTS

          cANOE AND KAYAK RENTAL IS $10 AN HOUR.

pARENTAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED IN ALL ACTIVITIES.
