The Baptist Churches in the Austin area will be building a home for an Austin area family. Manchaca Baptist is proud to be a part of this mission opportunity. Participating congregations are: Church of the Savior, First Baptist Church Austin, Highland Park Baptist Church, La Gran Comision, Manchaca Baptist Church, The Sancturay Austin and University Baptist Church.

Tuesday, Jan. 12, meet the Rodriguez family and the project manager, who will share the house plans and answer questions related to the construction. This event is at Highland Park Baptist Church at 6:30 p.m.

The wall raising will be on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 8:30 a.m. in the Meadowbrook subdivision (street address available later.) EVERYONE is invited for this milestone. Volunteers from MBC are needed Jan. 16, 23 and 30, Feb. 13 and 27, and March 6 and 20. We will provide lunch for all the workers on Feb. 27. Our website will have a link to sign up to work.
