The family and I were driving home from Kansas City after Thanksgiving and had to pull into a truck stop.  If you've ever done a road trip through the midwest, then you should be familiar with Love's Truck stops.  I saw the sign and had to take the picture.  Eli suggests that the sign company charges by the letter.  Maybe...  Maybe.

There are so many great parts to the Christmas holiday.  All the great food, all the great things on TV, all the family, all the decorations, all the traditions, and all the everything else.  One of the best parts of Christmas is the joy of seeing the excitement on children's' faces.  What you're about to see is considered a classic by myself, and probably thousands others.  merry Christmas.  May God be with you as you celebrate the birth of His Son and our savior, Jesus Christ.  And now that we've acknowledged our Holy God, enjoy this random Christmas video.

I know other youth ministries make lots of different videos, most are just for fun and get a really good laugh.  I think this video will show my students how much I love them by not doing what this student ministry does.  And if you don't cry from laughing, are you human?

In the middle of March one can be caught up with all the basketball madness.  Personally, I'm doing really bad in my bracket (but it's not over yet, right?).  But no matter who goes to the championship game, there will probably be parties at different people's houses to watch the game.  For those men hosting these parties, this video is a must see.  A product to make any male occasion a sure success.

Art really is an amazing thing.  Some pieces just make you sit there and reflect.  Lots of times, it's great to look at the same thing with some friends and then compare first thoughts and feelings.  This sculpture is just incredible.  What creativity!  And you thought Legos were only for kids.  I mean, look at this thing! Have you ever felt this way?  Why is he yellow?  What do you think is going through his mind right now?  Or maybe I'm reading to much into this and it's merely an ode to a really really bad Mexican food place.

Summer is coming up with lots of great movies to catch.  Of course we're all going to go see "Prince Caspian" as a bunch of families, and "Indiana Jones" is a never-miss, but I saw a great preview you've got to check out!   I'm not sure when this one's coming out, but I've got to see it!

If you've been a part of our ministry this summer, then I don't have to explain why there haven't been any postings for a while.  But this video I found really gets me excited about all the football that's now upon us.  Thank You, Lord, for so many things, including this sport.
